Online Help

Please read these instructions CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY before continuing.

Here's the process for ordering tickets on-line:

[You must have both Javascript and "cookies" enabled in your browser to order tickets online. For more information, please see your browser's HELP section.]

  1. Click an button on any of the Film Guide pages to add that show to your cart. The button should then change to
  2. Keep adding shows that you want to see until finished. You can review your choices anytime, or proceed to checkout, by clicking a button.
  3. If you are a student with a valid ID, click the box on the checkout page to get the student discount applied to your order.
  4. Select the quantities of tickets you want to buy. If you do not want to purchase tickets for a given show, leave or set the quantity as zero.
  5. Discounts should appear automatically as you add tickets to your order. Remember, there is a limit of 4 tickets per order to any given show, and a limit of 16 film tickets per order. Party tickets are limited to 4 per party per order, but are not included in the 16 film-ticket limit.
  6. We'll mail your tickets to the address that you provide (for orders placed before 8 pm on March 24).
  7. We'll also send a confirmation of order, and a payment receipt, to the email address that you provide! Neat! (It may take up to 24 hours for this confirmation to be processed.)
  8. When you are finished and ready to place your order, click on the SUBMIT button and wait for the system to show you the Ticket Order Confirmation page. Do not click the SUBMIT button twice or you may generate an error and have to start over. While normally a few seconds, the system may take a minute or so to process your order. Please be patient.
  9. You have our pledge that no information that you provide to us will ever be given to a third party and that we will only use this information for the purposes we've outlined here. Since you are providing this information to us on a secure web-page, your credit-card information is encrypted and protected from prying eyes.

Remember:

  • You can purchase a maximum of SIXTEEN tickets on an order, FOUR tickets per show, and up to SIXTEEN different shows per order. Party tickets are limited to four per order, per party, but are not included in the 16 film-ticket limit.
  • If a show is marked it means that it is sold out for Advance Tickets but rush tickets (last-minute empty seats) may be available at the door.
  • Day of show tickets are only available at the theater on a cash-only basis.
  • The On-line Ticketing system will be unavailable every night for a short period for general maintenance. During this period you will still be able to add shows to your cart but you will be unable to checkout. You will be able to checkout a short time later when the system becomes available again, usually within a few minutes.
  • A $4.00 service fee is automatically added to every order placed on this web-site.
